Alongside your systems

You do not have to rip anything out to start

Run Ubrix on one site while your existing tools carry on unchanged. Extend at your own pace, one development at a time.

Four small moves

How teams start on Ubrix without a big bang

01

Start where it hurts most

  • One site, one development, or one function like aftercare
  • Everything else stays exactly as it is
  • No big bang and no company-wide programme
02

Your existing systems keep working

  • Ubrix reads from and writes to the tools you already run
  • Nothing gets retyped, nothing gets duplicated
  • Finance, reporting and contractor tools carry on unchanged
03

Prove it before you commit

  • Priced per plot with no per-seat charges
  • A one-site pilot is a small, contained decision
  • Extend when the evidence is on the table
04

Expand at your own pace

  • Add sites as handovers come round
  • Plot records built on the pilot come with you
  • One audit trail that grows, not many that duplicate

Common questions

The bits worth asking before you say yes

  • Can we run Ubrix on just one development first?

Yes. Most teams start on a single site or a single function such as aftercare. Ubrix is priced per plot, so a one-site pilot is a small, contained decision. Once it proves out, you extend site by site as handovers come round.

  • What happens to the data in our current systems?

It stays where it is. Ubrix connects to the tools you already run so information flows in both directions without anyone retyping anything. If you later decide to move data across permanently, the team runs that import as a one-off.

  • Do we have to give everyone a login?

No. Ubrix is priced per plot, not per seat, so anyone on the team who needs access gets it. Site managers, aftercare, sales, compliance, subcontractors, the buyer, all included in the same per-plot rate.

  • How long before we can point to a result?

Ubrix goes live in seven days. Most teams have a first plot record with sign-offs, evidence and a resolved defect on it inside the first month of running it on their pilot site.

Ready to try one site on Ubrix

Fifteen minutes with the team is enough to scope which site to start on. See the 7-day* onboarding plan.

* 7 days is our average onboarding time. Actual timeline depends on plot volume, integration complexity, data quality and configuration scope. Confirmed at kick-off.
