How the numbers are built
Three cost pools. Manual intervention captures the time each team spends progressing a plot across sales, build, compliance and aftercare, scaled by how automated the business is today and how many systems the plot travels through. Finding and reconciling information is time lost hunting for the latest version across those systems, anchored to the FMI/Autodesk 5.5 hours per person per week. Wasted and repeat visits capture the trips back to site caused by information gaps between tools.
The saving with Ubrix is not the whole cost, only the recoverable share of each pool: 75% of manual intervention, 85% of finding and reconciling, and 60% of wasted visits. That is why a one-system business shows almost no fragmentation cost even when the volume is large.
